What is BabiLand?

BabiLand is a marketplace dedicated only to land (urban and rural) in Abidjan and Côte d'Ivoire. We connect owners and buyers and support the transaction up to the signature before a notary. BabiLand is published by DEVMAN TECH.

Who posts the listings?

Only the BabiLand team. Every plot is visited and its documents reviewed before publication. Individuals cannot post themselves: a seller entrusts us with their land through the “Sell with us” page or WhatsApp.

Question 3

What does “Verified” mean?

Accepted Answer

The plot was visited on site by a team member and the land documents provided (ACD, ACP, village attestation, allocation letter…) were reviewed and found consistent. This is not a legal guarantee: the final verification takes place before a notary.

Question 4

How much does the service cost?

Nothing upfront, for buyers or sellers. BabiLand earns a commission only when the sale is concluded. Displayed prices are indicative and already include the BabiLand service fee.

How does a visit work?

Contact us from the listing (WhatsApp or call). We agree on a date and a team member accompanies you on site with the seller or the agent.

How is payment handled?

No cash payment outside a notarial deed. The land price is paid before the notary at signature, which secures the transaction for both parties. Never pay a deposit to anyone claiming to be BabiLand outside this process.

Question 7

What does “negotiable” mean?

The seller is open to discussing the price. BabiLand passes on your offer and supports you during the negotiation.

Question 8

I want to sell my land, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Fill in the “Sell with us” form or message us on WhatsApp. We call you back within 48 h, review your documents, visit the plot, publish the listing on the website and the app, then organise visits. You only pay a commission on sale.

Question 9

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

From the app: Profile tab, then “Delete account”. Without the app, email babiland225ci@gmail.com from the address or number linked to your account. See the “Delete my account” page in the footer.
